Finding the entrance can be a maze. you have to punch a code in just to get through the door. The arrangement of rooms is confusing, too, with some being a trek away, requiring dragging luggage through narrow corridors. Issues with downgrading rooms seem frequent, and the amenities advertised often don't match reality—like the missing kettle or lack of basic hygiene in some spaces.

The Luxury Quintuple Room was a bit cramped for our family. The beds were not very comfortable, and the bathroom could use a good cleaning. But the fact that it’s super close to the Vatican was a major plus, and having local restaurants within walking distance made things easier. Overall, it wasn’t the best stay due to the room conditions.
